Dan is an Arizona based leadership and team building expert, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. He served 14 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Fighter Pilot and Instructor in both the F/A-18 and F-35. His superior leadership and instructional skills earned him position as a TOPGUN Instructor in both the F/A-18 and F-35.
Dan’s extensive experience as a United States Marine, Fighter Pilot, and TOPGUN Instructor has developed an unparalleled ability to recognize opportunities, mitigate risks, and act decisively to gain the advantage.
Nick Westendorf
Founder - Principal Consultant | Business Strategy & Strategic Partnerships
Nick is a California based business development and strategy specialist, with a Master’s in Business from the University of Southern California. He is a former U.S. Army Combat Engineer Officer, and brings over a decade of experience leading front line sales teams and consulting for Fortune 500 companies. Nick excels in building strategic partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that drive results for his clients.

Chase Westendorf
Founder - Principal Consultant | Maritime Strategy & Safety Solutions
Chase is a seasoned maritime professional based out of the Gulf Coast Region. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime and holds a Master's Maritime License, allowing him to command vessels of unlimited tonnage upon any ocean. Notably, he was chosen to become the youngest Captain at Noble, overseeing assets worth over $600M while leading a crew of 150+ conducting complex drilling operations.
With his extensive experience as a drill ship Captain and proven track record as a successful leader, Chase brings decades of expertise that will contribute to your organization's growth and future success.
